In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The product must contain everything it came with such as manuals and accessories.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. As a customer you can cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering your product. After 12 hours passed you can not cancel your order because the product will already be shipped out.
